1. Information We Collect

• Business profile information (industry, revenue range, time in business)
• Loan preference information (requested amount, purpose, timeline)
• Consented Credit Bureau, Bank and Accounting Data
• Usage data (log data, device/browser info, IP address, interactions)
• Communications you send us

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless requested and necessary.

2. How We Use Information

• Maintain security and prevent fraud

3. AI Processing

Inputs you provide may be processed by AI systems to generate responses. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be independently reviewed.

4. Google Workspace API Data (Gmail)

If you connect a Gmail account, we access Google Workspace data only after you provide explicit OAuth consent. We use Gmail data solely to provide the connected user with email-client functionality in the Service, including listing and reading conversations, sending and replying to messages, downloading attachments on request, and synchronizing read status with Gmail.

We do not use, transfer, or sell raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google Workspace data for advertising, determining creditworthiness, making lending decisions, or creating, training, or improving generalized, foundational, or frontier AI/ML models. Google Workspace data obtained through Gmail APIs is not submitted to our third-party AI/ML providers.

Message bodies and attachments are fetched from Gmail on demand and are not persistently stored by us. We retain limited mailbox metadata such as message and thread identifiers, subject, snippet, participants, labels, timestamps, and attachment indicators to provide the email interface. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Disconnecting Gmail revokes access, removes tokens, and deletes cached mailbox metadata. Limited outreach send records related to funder communications initiated in the Service may be retained for business and audit purposes.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

• Service providers (hosting, analytics, support)
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law
• Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Data Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, security, and operational purposes.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

8. Your Choices

You may request to:

• Access, correct, or delete certain information
• Opt out of non-essential communications
